Wet cat food from a certified seafood group

Paté, chunks in gravy and shredded recipes built on fish landed by our own fleet — produced in the dedicated Montecristi pet food plant that made Eurofish the first Ecuadorian exporter of wet cat food to the United Kingdom.

Wet cat food product render

Overview

Cats are obligate carnivores, and wet food's high moisture supports hydration in cats that drink little water. Our recipes combine tuna and other seafood from the group's own supply with poultry and ingredients from audited farms, delivering complete and balanced nutrition.

The Montecristi plant was purpose-built between 2017 and 2019 exclusively for pet food, with retort sterilisation that produces commercially sterile product without chemical preservatives and up to 3 years of shelf life.

We manufacture for client brands across Europe, Latin America and North America: your formula or ours, in cans or pouches, with customised sizes and printed packaging.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make complete diets or complementary food?

Both — complete and balanced recipes with the required vitamins and nutrients, and complementary toppers, depending on your market positioning.

Why wet food for cats?

Wet food's moisture content supports hydration — important for cats that drink little — and offers high palatability and a texture close to natural prey.

Can newly weaned kittens eat it?

Yes; the soft texture and high moisture make wet recipes easy for kittens to chew and digest.
