Overview
Eurofish has packed canned tuna since 2001 and today supplies retailers, food-service distributors and brand owners across Europe and the Americas. Production runs on skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) and yellowfin (Thunnus albacares) caught in the Eastern Pacific by our 21-vessel fleet and allied boats.
Buyers choose the presentation — solid pack, chunks, flakes or shredded — the covering liquid, the can size and the labelling. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis from a laboratory that performs more than 400 histamine and salt checks daily.
Because catching, processing and export sit inside one group, we quote firm volumes and shipment windows, including annual programmes with scheduled deliveries.
